Mail Filtering

Mail Filtering options can be accessed from the Options menu.

Mail Filtering prevents email matching certain addresses and domains from being delivered to users. The email is deleted instead although there is an option to send a copy of the rejected mail to the Administrator.

Adding a domain/address to be filtered

  1. Enter the address or domain to be filtered into the Enter Email address or Domain to filter field.
  2. Click the Add button.
  3. The address you have entered will appear in the filtered addresses list.

To delete an address/domain

  1. Highlight the address or domain with the left mouse button.
  2. Click the Delete button.
  3. The address will be removed from the list.

Should you wish to receive a copy of all mail rejected by CMail Server, check the Send copy of rejected mail to administrator checkbox.
