| Web Interface: In-Box Introduction
The In-Box is where the Web Interface keeps all the email it has received for a
user. The message sender, subject, date, time and a flag to show whether the email
has been read or not are displayed in a table with the most recent message shown at the
bottom of the list.

Reading a message
You can read any message currently stored in the In-Box by clicking the hypertext link
in the From field. This will display the message contents and give you the option
to Reply, Forward or Delete the message from the In-Box. Any attachments are listed
as hypertext links at the foot of the message body and can be retrieved by clicking on the
link. Once you have read a message, the graphic in the New field will change from
red to black to indicate the message has been opened.
Replying to a message
Open the message you wish to reply to from
the list of emails stored in the In-Box.
Press the Reply button.
Compose your reply in the Message
field and click Send to send the message.
The confirmation screen will confirm that
your email has been sent.
Forwarding an email
Open the message you wish to reply to from
the list of emails stored in the In-Box.
Press the Forward button.
Compose your reply in the Message
field and click Send to send the message.
The confirmation screen will confirm that
your email has been sent.
Note: You cannot attach files when
replying or forwarding an email message.
Deleting a message
All messages in the In-Box table have a checkbox in the left column. To delete a
message or multiple messages from the In-Box, simply check the box or boxes next to the
email message and click Delete to remove the messages.
